Our platform gathers user data through three specific channels: Contact details submitted via our form: including names, company name, email, and specific situational details provided by the user. Submissions through our Microsoft Bookings integration: including name, email, time zone, and messages shared when you click to Book a 30min Discovery Call. Automatic technical data: including truncated IP addresses, browser types, referral links, and timestamps collected via server logs to help us improve your browsing experience and site security.
Processing purpose and legal grounds
Data from forms and Microsoft Bookings is used to reply to visitors and facilitate introductory meetings. Legal grounds: performing pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in dialogue (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Under revDSG, we process data to fulfil requests and for our legitimate interests. Technical data is processed for website maintenance and security under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), while non-essential analytics cookies are only set once you provide explicit consent through our cookie tool.

Such transfers are secured by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses endorsed by the European Commission and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner to ensure your data remains protected at all times.
Retention
Information from contact forms and booking requests is held for one year after our last interaction before being purged. If you become a client, this data joins our official files and is kept for ten years to comply with Swiss tax and commercial requirements. Technical logs and anonymized analytics data are purged after fourteen months to maintain a balance between server security and user privacy.
User rights
EU visitors hold rights under the GDPR: access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portable data, plus the right to revoke consent. Swiss visitors have the same protections under the revDSG.
